Young full-back Lewie Coyle has put pen to paper on a new two-year contract with Championship side Leeds United.
The 20-year-old is yet to make his debut for the first team, but is captain of their Under-21 side and has impressed this term for the development outfit.
Coyle is still waiting to be included in the matchday squad for Leeds and said he would be willing to go out on loan for some senior action.
"I think the idea is to get me out on loan and play some competitive games but, first and foremost, my aim is to play for Leeds United and make my debut here," he told the club website.
"If that means going out and having a little spell on loan to get some experience under my belt and get some games, then that'll be the case. I'm more than happy to do that."
Coyle's previous contract was due to expire next summer.
