Ryan Giggs to take interim charge of Manchester United?

A report claims that Manchester United will appoint Ryan Giggs as manager on a interim basis.

Ryan Giggs will reportedly be appointed the interim manager of Manchester United later today.

The Welshman is the leading candidate to take over between now and the end of the campaign from David Moyes, who was sacked this morning less than 12 months after he had taken charge of the club, according to PA.

Further speculation has claimed that the 40-year-old will be assisted by his former teammate Nicky Butt.

Louis van Gaal and Jurgen Klopp are among the favourites to be given the job on a permanent basis in the summer.
