AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has insisted that Carlos Tevez remains the club's number one transfer target during the January window.
The Italian champions recently had a loan offer turned down by Manchester City for the Argentine, with the Premier League leaders believed to prefer a permanent transfer.
"Tevez is our first choice. We know we have the player's agreement, but we hope he will not agree with other clubs," Galliani told Milan News.
French club Paris Saint-Germain recently confirmed their interest in signing Tevez.
