Barcelona defender Gerard Pique has moved to rubbish rumours that he could leave the Catalan giants this January.
Pique has been linked with a move to the Premier League in recent weeks, with Chelsea and his former club Manchester United thought to be interested in the Spain international.
The 27-year-old is rumoured to have fallen out with Barca boss Luis Enrique, though he would not be drawn on the subject.
"It's a player-coach relationship," he told Movistar TV. "He is the one who decides and players try to do what he wants from us.
"I think not to play two or three matches [and then leave] would not be consistent.
"Barcelona is my life and I do not plan to leave. I will continue to fight for a place."
Pique has featured in only eight of Barcelona's 15 games this season, and has not been selected by Enrique since his side's 3-1 loss to Clasico rivals Real Madrid in October.
