David Dunn has called upon everybody connected with Blackburn Rovers to stick together between now and the end of the season.
Three straight league defeats have seen Rovers drop into the relegation zone with just six matches remaining.
Midfielder Dunn believes that the club stand a lot better chance of securing their Premier League status if everybody pulls in the same direction.
"Togetherness and team spirit are the key in football, especially now with just six games left which are all massive," he told the Daily Star. "It has been a really testing season for us. Hard times.
"A couple of weeks ago we thought we might have pulled away a bit but now we are right back in it.
"We are big boys and it isn't just us in this position. There are five teams down there now who are all desperate to get out."
Blackburn's next match is a home fixture against Liverpool tomorrow night.
