Burnley are reportedly one of 12 teams who are considering a bid for Charlton Athletic forward Lyle Taylor.
Despite the Addicks having nine games left in the Championship, Taylor has opted against representing his current club due to his contract expiring at the end of the month.
The 30-year-old has been offered a career-best pay day elsewhere, leading to him wishing to avoid injury over the coming weeks.
According to Sky Sports News, as many as a dozen sides are keen on the striker, including Premier League outfit Burnley.
The report suggests that Scottish giants Rangers and Turkish team Sivasspor are also open to agreeing a deal with Taylor.
West Bromwich Albion, Brentford and Bristol City are allegedly monitoring the situation as they consider moving for a player who has netted 11 goals in 22 Championship games this season.
