Leonardo Bonucci has committed his long-term future to Juventus by signing a new four-and-a-half year contract.
Since Antonio Conte joined Chelsea in the summer, it has been speculated that the 29-year-old would eventually link up with his former boss either in January or next summer.
However, Juventus have announced that the defender has penned a deal until 2021, leaving the Blues needing to look elsewhere should they wish to strengthen their backline.
Since signing from Bari in 2010, Bonucci has gone on to make 291 appearances in all competitions, scoring 18 goals.
The Italian international has won five Serie A titles and two Coppa Italia crowns during his time in Turin, while he also helped Juve to the final of the Champions League in 2015.
