Chelsea are reportedly hoping to sign Porto youngster Ruben Neves in the winter transfer window.
The 18-year-old has attracted the interest of numerous European clubs and has been linked with Liverpool in the past but according to A Bola, the Blues have been the first club to contact Porto.
It is believed that Jose Mourinho sent scouts to watch Neves ahead of Chelsea's Champions League clash against his former club and will reportedly offer the £29m release clause in the Portuguese Under-21 international's contract.
Neves has made 26 appearances for Porto since being promoted to the first-team squad, scoring one goal.
