Manchester City's Pep Guardiola 'wants two more signings after spending £200m'

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola reportedly wants two more signings this summer after spending more than £200m on new faces already.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is reportedly keen on bringing in two more signings, despite already breaking the bank.

The two-time Premier League champions have parted with more than £200m on the acquisitions of Bernardo Silva, Ederson, Kyle Walker, Douglas Luiz, Danilo and Benjamin Mendy.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Guardiola is keen to add more to the pack, and attacking areas seem to be where he wants to strengthen, with Alexis Sanchez and Kylian Mbappe on his radar.

The former Barcelona coach wants his players to share the burden of goals after last season being too reliant on Sergio Aguero, who already has competition from young Brazilian Gabriel Jesus.

In Guardiola's first campaign in charge of City, the club finished third in the Premier League.
