Middlesbrough manager Tony Mowbray has set his players the target of rediscovering their winning form as quickly as possible.
Following an eight-match unbeaten run earlier in the season, Mowbray's men have lost their last two Championship encounters.
With Huddersfield Town due to visit the Riverside Stadium tonight, Mowbray is eager for his team to collect maximum points.
"We need to get back to winning ways as quickly as we can," he told reporters. "If you're on a winning streak, you feel as though you can pick any 11 players and send them out to win the game.
"But when things aren't quite going as well, you're much more focused on picking a specific side to play against a specific team and you're concentrating on what their strengths and weaknesses are. Sometimes, you make those decisions for the right reasons, as was the case at the weekend, but it doesn't pan out for you.
"We'll try and pick a team for this game to get us back to winning ways. We've just come off a decent winning run and the momentum that's behind you helps no matter what you have to do with the team."
Boro are currently fourth in the Championship table.
