West Bromwich Albion head coach Tony Pulis has insisted that one mistake from goalkeeper Ben Foster shouldn't overshadow his previous performances this season.
Foster's error against Aston Villa on Tuesday night cost the Baggies a point, but although Pulis supported his first-choice stopper, he refused to reveal whether the England international would start in the FA Cup clash between the two teams on Saturday evening.
The 57-year-old told reporters: "Boaz Myhill has had an injury with a finger, which we have to take into account, but with the number of clean sheets he has kept, Ben has been absolutely fantastic.
"Everybody makes mistakes. Goalkeepers get highlighted, like referees, because it can cost you games."
Foster has made 29 appearances for West Brom in all competitions this season, while Myhill has featured six times, mainly in cup matches.
