World number three Agnieszka Radwanska has said that she was unable to apply her game on Li Na in their quarter-final clash at the Australian Open.
The Pole bowed out of the tournament in straight sets, despite breaking the sixth seed four times during the course of their match.
Radwanska, who has never been beyond the last eight in Melbourne, said that she did not take her chances when they came.
"She was really playing good tennis," said Radwanska. "Some of the games she didn't let me do anything, deep balls all the time.
"I had my chances, but if you're not taking them, it goes away. She was very solid from the beginning of the match."
Radwanska has gone beyond the quarter-final of a Grand Slam just once in her career, reching the final of Wimbledon last year.
