Mark Robins blasts 'abject, horrendous' Huddersfield

Huddersfield Town manager Mark Robins describes last night's performance against Ipswich Town as "abject" and "horrendous".

Huddersfield Town manager Mark Robins has described last night's performance against Ipswich Town as "abject" and "horrendous".

The Terriers have now gone eight league games without winning after last night's 2-0 defeat at home to the Tractor Boys.

Speaking afterwards, Robins told BBC Radio Leeds: "It was absolutely abject and I never apologise but I have got to this time.

"It was horrendous and it was as bad as I've ever seen from a team of mine but I can promise you it will be sorted."

Huddersfield's recent run has seen them fall to 17th in the table. With five games left of the season for most, Robins's side are seven points above the bottom three.
