Blackburn Rovers have announced that they have completed the loan signing of Michael Keane from Manchester United.
The 21-year-old defender, who has been linked with a switch to Ewood Park for some time, is eligible to compete in this Sunday's East Lancashire derby against Burnley.
"I'm delighted to finally join," Keane told the club's official website. "It has been a rumour for a while now, so I'm just glad to get it all sorted.
"I've got a bit of experience now in the Championship and I know what it takes to play well in these games, so I'm looking to play well on Sunday and hit the ground running and keep that form up."
Keane has also had loan stints at Leicester City and Derby County.
