Report: Manchester United in pursuit of Barcelona star Luis Suarez

Manchester United are reportedly considering a big-money move for Barcelona star Luis Suarez.

Manchester United are reportedly considering a shock move for Barcelona star Luis Suarez.

The Uruguayan spent three years playing for United's arch rivals Liverpool, where he scored 82 goals in 133 games, before moving to Barca in 2014 for a £75m fee.

United have been heavily linked to Suarez's teammate Neymar, and they have also reportedly been looking at Real Madrid star Gareth Bale and a possible return to Old Trafford for Cristiano Ronaldo.

However, according to French publication BuzzSport, United will try to tempt Suarez, who has scored 18 goals for Barca this season, to return to the English top flight.

In his first season at Camp Nou, Suarez won La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the Champions League.
