Manchester United have announced that Tyler Blackett has joined Celtic on a season-long loan.
The defender featured regularly in the first half of the 2014-15 Premier League season for Louis van Gaal's men, but has played just twice since the end of January.
In a brief statement, the Scottish champions said that they were "delighted" to welcome the 21-year-old, who has previously had loan spells with Birmingham City and Blackpool.
Blackett is the second young United defender to move to Celtic Park this summer, following Saidy Janko's permanent switch to Ronny Deila's side.
