Stevan Jovetic: 'I am happy at Manchester City'

Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic insists that he is happy to remain at the Etihad Stadium despite a difficult campaign in the Premier League.

Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic has revealed that he is happy at the Etihad Stadium.

Jovetic has endured a frustrating time this season with injury restricting him to 12 appearances for Manuel Pellegrini's side, but the Montenegro attacker has indicated that he has no plans to seek a move away from the club.

The 24-year-old told Manchester Evening News: "The manager believes in me and has told me to be patient. It has been frustrating of course because what I love most is football and when I cannot play, it is very difficult. I hope that it's going to finish."

"I am really happy because this is one of the best teams in the world."

Jovetic moved to Manchester City from Fiorentina for £22m last summer.
