Maxwell: 'Paris Saint-Germain focused on Bordeaux clash'

Maxwell says that every Paris Saint-Germain match will be tough until the end of the season ahead of their Coupe de la Ligue meeting at Bordeaux on Tuesday.

Maxwell has heaped praise on his Paris Saint-Germain teammates for their win over Ajaccio, but insists that they must now concentrate on Bordeaux.

The Ligue 1 champions came from behind to beat Ajaccio 2-1 on Saturday, and they now turn their attention to their Coupe de la Ligue clash at Bordeaux on Tuesday.

"That win was a very important one for the rest of the season," Maxwell told reporters.

"We know that every match between now and the end of the season will be a tough one for us. We have to prepare mentally and physically for this type of match [against Bordeaux]."

Ezequiel Lavezzi and Blaise Matuidi scored the goals for PSG at the weekend.
