Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Hughes has praised his side's "excellent" performance, despite their 2-1 loss at Tottenham Hotspur.
Bobby Zamora gave the R's a first-half lead at White Hart Lane before an Alejandro Faurlin own goal and Jermain Defoe's strike earned Spurs the three points.
"I thought we were outstanding today in the first half, we dominated a very good Tottenham side and they had to rejig themselves in the second half because of that," Hughes told BBC Sport.
"Overall I thought we were excellent today and there were some huge performances.
"I was confident because we were playing well and making a good Spurs side look ordinary but at the end of the day we have not got the reward for our performances, but they will come."
QPR's second loss of the campaign has left them 19th in the Premier League table.
