Romelu Lukaku: 'I want Everton to beat Chelsea on Saturday'

On-loan Everton striker Romelu Lukaku is hopeful that the Toffees can beat his parent club Chelsea on Saturday evening.

On-loan Everton striker Romelu Lukaku has admitted that he wants to see the Merseyside outfit snatch all three points from his parent club Chelsea.

The Belgium international secured a move to Goodison Park on a season-long loan deal during a hectic transfer deadline day.

Despite Lukaku being scheduled to return to Stamford Bridge when the season comes to a close, the 20-year-old is keeping his fingers crossed that the Toffees can win tomorrow.

"Yes, [I want Everton to win]," Lukaku told Everton TV. "I have to be honest.

"Sometimes in life you have to make choices and I believe I've made the right one by coming here."

Lukaku is ineligible to play against Chelsea, but Gareth Barry could make his bow following his loan switch from Manchester City.
