Uwe Rosler: 'Greg Dyke the right man for England'

Brentford boss Uwe Rosler insists that his former chairman Greg Dyke is the right man to help the England national team achieve success in the future.

Brentford manager Uwe Rosler has insisted that his former chairman Greg Dyke is the right man to help the England national team.

Dyke left Brentford in the summer to replace David Bernstein as chairman of the Football Association.

The 66-year-old has since said that he wants to focus on the country's younger players while addressing the number of foreigners in the Premier League.

When asked if Dyke is the right man to steer England towards success in the future, Rosler told Sports Mole: "Yes. He never says things to make a public statement, but he says things because he believes them and he will do everything in his power to change certain things for the better for English football and exactly that is needed."

Dyke recently gave England the target of winning the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
