Howard Webb to referee Atletico Madrid, Barcelona

Howard Webb will referee Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final second leg between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona at the Vicente Calderon.

Experienced English official Howard Webb will referee Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final second leg between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona at the Vicente Calderon.

Atletico enter the match as the slight favourites following a 1-1 draw in the first leg at the Camp Nou last week.

Webb has previously refereed Atletico on two occasions, with the Spanish side winning once and drawing once.

Barcelona, meanwhile, have won each of their three matches officiated by Webb.

Real Madrid and Chelsea have already booked their spot in the final four of the competition.
