Report: Barcelona want Arturo Vidal

A report claims that Barcelona want to sign Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal.

Barcelona will reportedly move for Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal at the end of the season.

The Chilean international recently signed a new long-term deal with the Italian champions until 2017, but it is believed that officials in Turin will consider a big-money offer.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barca are prepared to offer Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez plus a transfer fee for the midfielder, with a move expected to be made before the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil in the summer.

Sanchez, who joined Barcelona from Udinese in 2011, has netted 17 times in 37 appearances this season.
