Chelsea are reportedly planning a January swoop for Napoli defender Faouzi Ghoulam.
Manager Antonio Conte is believed to be looking at options to challenge Marcos Alonso's position in the team.
Ghoulam has been identified as a possible target for the Premier League outfit as he has proven his versatility by playing in a back four and a three-man defence.
Since Conte switched to a 3-4-3 formation, with Cesar Azpilicueta, Gary Cahill and David Luiz at the back, the team have won their last seven top-flight games on the bounce.
According to Le Buteur, the Blues are planning to table £24m for Ghoulam when the transfer window reopens next month, but Napoli are expected to resist Chelsea's advances.
The Algeria international joined Napoli from Saint-Etienne in 2014.
