Stefan Jovetic: 'Manchester City must return to scoring ways'

Manchester City forward Stefan Jovetic claims that his side needs to get back to scoring ways, ahead of their derby clash against Manchester United.

Manchester City forward Stevan Jovetic has claimed that his team needs to get back into the habit of outscoring their opponents.

Manuel Pellegrini's charges are currently third in the Premier League, but have failed to win any of their last three games in all competitions, losing their last two matches against West Ham United and Newcastle United.

Jovetic is quoted by Goal.com as saying: "We need to be more determined. We need to score goals because we are a team that scores more goals than everybody and when we don't score we have problems.

"It happened [Wednesday against Newcastle]. I hope in the next game we will score again. Unfortunately we didn't make it but now we must forget, recover well and think about the next game."

City are up against rivals Manchester United in the Premier League this Sunday.
