The Red Devils are planning to launch a swoop for the 19-year-old with a view to loaning him straight back to Ian Holloway's side, according to The People.
It is believed that the Eagles are looking for around £20m for the teenager.
The winger made his England debut in the 4-2 defeat in Sweden last month.
