Former Aston Villa defender Richard Dunne is reportedly close to joining Queens Park Rangers after agreeing terms on a one-year contract with the club.
The 33-year-old, who was released by Villa at the end of last season, has been linked with a number of Championship clubs in recent weeks.
However, according to West London Sport, the Republic of Ireland international has penned a one-year deal with the R's, who were relegated from the Premier League last season.
Should Dunne complete his move either today or tomorrow, he will travel with the R's on their pre-season tour of Austria this week.
