Half-Time Report: Adrian Peterson helps Vikings to narrow lead over Chargers

The Minnesota Vikings have a 10-7 half-time lead against the San Diego Chargers

The Minnesota Vikings have a narrow 10-7 half-time lead against the San Diego Chargers in their NFL clash this evening.

Blair Walsh put the first points on the scoreboard for the hosts with a 24-yard field goal in the first quarter.

Things then became a little more lively in the second, with Adrian Peterson picking up the first touchdown of the game and helping the Vikings to a 10-0 lead.

The Chargers came back into it with just over a minute remaining in the second quarter, however, when Philip Rivers found Keenan Allen for a 34-yard touchdown.
