Chelsea reportedly decide to make an offer of £32.7m in a bid to sign Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal.

Chelsea have reportedly decided to move ahead with an offer to sign Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal.

The Blues have been linked with Vidal in the past, with head coach Antonio Conte having worked with the player at Juventus and the Chilean international allegedly keen to test himself in the Premier League.

According to W Radio Colombia, the Blues have made a bid of £32.7m to try to sign 30-year-old, although that is allegedly below Bayern's asking price.

Despite Vidal having just 18 months remaining on his current deal, Bayern are said to want in excess of £53m for a player who has scored 21 goals in 112 appearances in all competitions.

Conte has previously acknowledged that he could be active in the January transfer market.
