Bournemouth confirm signing of Liverpool winger Jordon Ibe

Premier League outfit Bournemouth sign Liverpool and England Under-21 winger Jordon Ibe on a four-year deal for a club record £15m.

Premier League side Bournemouth have confirmed the signing of Liverpool winger Jordon Ibe on a four-year deal for a club record £15m.

The 20-year-old made 58 appearances for the Anfield outfit after joining them from Wycombe Wanderers in 2011, scoring four goals.

Ibe, who was handed his first-team debut aged 17 against Queens Park Rangers in May 2013, also enjoyed loan spells with Birmingham City and Derby County before returning to Liverpool in January 2015.

The England Under-21 player was not a regular starter under Jurgen Klopp, however, and was given permission to speak to the Cherries at the start of July.

In addition to Ibe, the Reds have also seen Martin Skrtel depart Anfield today, the Slovakia defender joining Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
