Report: Matija Nastasic, Micah Richards to leave Manchester City

A report claims that Manchester City have made Matija Nastasic and Micah Richards available for transfer this summer.

Manchester City have reportedly made defenders Matija Nastasic and Micah Richards available for transfer this summer.

City announced the signing of Eliaquim Mangala from Porto earlier this week, with the Frenchman expected to battle Martin Demichelis for the right to line up alongside Vincent Kompany at the centre of the City defence next season.

Pablo Zabaleta can also play at centre-back, leaving boss Manuel Pellegrini with plenty of options in those areas.

According to The Express, both Nastasic and Richards can leave if suitable offers are received.

Nastasic struggled with injury last season, while Richards has been out of favour under Pellegrini.
