Team News: Liverpool unchanged for Manchester United clash

Both Manchester United and Liverpool name unchanged sides for their crucial Premier League clash at Anfield.

Brendan Rodgers has named an unchanged Liverpool side for their fixture with Manchester United, which could prove pivotal in deciding who qualifies for next season's Champions League.

Lucas Leiva has shaken off a groin injury that has kept him out the side for the last five weeks, and Mario Balotelli has recovered from an illness, but both have to settle for a place on the bench alongside Steven Gerrard.

Manchester United are also unchanged as Louis van Gaal elects to start with the same XI that beat Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.

Angel Di Maria is available again after completing a one-match suspension, but is only named amongst the substitutes.

Liverpool: Mignolet; Can, Skrtel, Sakho; Sterling, Henderson, Allen, Moreno; Lallana, Sturridge, Coutinho

Manchester United: De Gea; Valencia, Smalling, Jones, Blind; Carrick, Mata, Herrera, Fellaini, Young; Rooney
