Manchester United 'agree deal to sign Amad Traore'

Manchester United allegedly agree terms with Atalanta BC to sign young winger Amad Traore at the beginning of 2021.

Manchester United have reportedly won the race to sign Atalanta BC youngster Amad Traore.

United have been heavily linked with Jadon Sancho throughout 2020, only for Borussia Dortmund to remain firm over their £108m valuation.

While a transfer could still materialise in the future, it appears that United are ready to invest in another winger before Monday's transfer deadline.

According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Premier League giants have agreed to pay in the region of £27m plus add-ons for the 18-year-old.

However, because of work permit and passport issues, the teenager will not officially become a United player until the beginning of 2021.

Before the latest development, Traore had been expected to spend the 2020-21 campaign on loan at Parma.
