Neil Warnock: 'Roberto Martinez could manage Barcelona or Real Madrid'

Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock feels that Everton's Roberto Martinez has the ability to become manager of Real Madrid or Barcelona in the future.

Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock believes that Roberto Martinez's next job in management will be at either Barcelona or Real Madrid.

Warnock has revealed that he is full of admiration for the work that Martinez has done since starting out as Swansea City boss in 2007 and in his first full season with Everton, as he guided them to a fifth-place finish in the Premier League.

He told reporters: "I think his next job will be one of the top two clubs in Spain, I think he's that type of manager - he's done everything right.

"He's built up from the lower reaches, he's handled every level and players want to play for him."

Palace take on Everton in their Premier League matchup on Sunday at Goodison Park.
