Sunderland striker Danny Graham feels that he and his teammates were unfortunate not to take anything from their clash with West Bromwich Albion.
A brace from Romelu Lukaku earned the Baggies the three points at The Hawthorns despite a late strike from Stephane Sessegnon.
"The ball wasn't running for us," Graham told the club's official website. "Fletch hit the post in the first half and for James's chance at the end it bobbled up on him which made it difficult.
"The positive thing is we're creating chances and if we continue to do that, the goals will flow."
Sunderland are now 14th in the Premier League, just five points clear of the relegation zone.
