Half-Time Report: Ten-man York City holding Plymouth Argyle at the break

Stephane Zubar is sent off for York City as they hold Plymouth Argyle to a goalless first half.

Ten-man York City have played out a goalless first half with Plymouth Argyle at Bootham Crescent this afternoon.

The hosts were reduced to 10 men before the half-hour mark when Stephane Zubar was given his marching orders for fighting after Ruben Reid had gone close for Plymouth.

Luke Summerfield went close for York on 29 minutes before Lee Cox fired an effort wide for the visitors moments later.

Jake Hyde had a good chance to give York the lead on the cusp of half time but his strike was well saved.
